1. Download solution file.
2. Extract with 7-Zip.
3. Open your GTA IV directory.
4. Copy both ‘commandline.txt’ and ‘xrpf.dll’.
5. Paste both files to game folder.
6. Right-click on “LaunchGTAIV.exe”.
7. Go to properties.
8. Create shortcut of “LaunchGTAIV.exe”.
9. Right-click on “LaunchGTAIV – Shortcut.exe”.
10. Go to properties again.
11. Edit the ‘Target’ section.
12. Paste below in the end of target.
    -norestriction -availablevidmem 512 -percentvidmem100%
13. Apply and play the game.
