Recenlty i have shared 2 new gameconfig mods for Modding GTA 5 Enhanced Edition which are Gameconfig for more Add-on vehicles and Gameconfig for Legacy & Enhanced, but this Expanded & Enhanced Gameconfig [GTA 5 Enhanced] is my favourite.

Unlike standard or legacy-compatible configs, this one is tailored specifically for the Enhanced edition and will not work on Legacy builds. If you’re planning to mod the latest version of GTA V, this is one of the most optimized and modder-friendly gameconfigs available.

Important Note on Limitations
While this config dramatically improves modding flexibility, GTA 5 Enhanced is still less documented than Legacy—and that introduces unavoidable restrictions. For example:
⚠️ BVH (Bounding Volume Hierarchy) vertex limits remain a hard cap imposed by Rockstar’s engine for RT-based dynamic object calculations.
This means mods with excessive vertices (like highly detailed cars, map packs, or vegetation) can still cause issues such as:
- Game crashes
- Flickering shadows
- Invisible or missing models
So while this config removes many of the soft limitations, hardware and engine-level caps still apply.

Final Thoughts
